There were great staff and location for an amazing stay during checkin. The room met requests, huge with a balcony. It had plenty of meals for breakfast, including cereal and yoghourt.

Everything was very good, helpful staff, incredibly beautiful views of the hotel next door. Suburban location was a plus. Went to Chili's Grill and Bar for drink or two, set within easy walking distance of the property.

It was as expected, had a really great stay. Everything was great, courteous staff, perfect location not far from the Main Street in Banff, Still close enough to walk to shops, the center. The breakfast was included and consisted of cereal and yoghourt: )

It had every detail we needed, we enjoyed facilities and staff. Decent view, a tiny balcony, soft bed, too. That was relaxing hotel set in domestic area. An in-house restaurant was super! Early check-in, late check-out.

The hotel was spotless and picture perfect with fast wi-fi. Our room was decent size and the view was very beautiful. The restaurant staff were eager to help here. Quick breakfast with cereal and yogurt was provided. Loved the beautiful area.
